Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn or unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, contact us at liviawalks@gmail.com with your order number. We'll arrange the return with you directly and let you know where to send the item.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
Since orders are paid cash on delivery, once we've received and inspected your return we'll work out the best way to get your refund to you (for example by bank transfer), or arrange an exchange if you'd prefer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item arrives damaged or incorrect, so we can make it right.
