We aim to present products, descriptions, prices, and images accurately. Colours and details may appear differently depending on your device and display settings. Product images are illustrative and small variations may occur.

Submitting an order is an offer to buy the selected item(s). An order is accepted only when we confirm acceptance or dispatch the order. We may decline, cancel, or adjust an order where an item is unavailable, there is a pricing or listing error, we suspect fraud, or we cannot fulfill the order. When practical, we will contact you using the detailssupplied with the order.

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Any applicable delivery charge will be shown before you complete your order. Unless stated otherwise, promotions are subject to their own stated conditions and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
Orders are currently fulfilled on a cash-on-delivery basis. You agree to pay the total confirmed amount when the order is delivered. You must provide complete and accurate contact, delivery, and order information.
5. Delivery, returns, and risk

Risk in an order passes to you when it is delivered to the delivery address or received by you or your nominated recipient. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

The Services may contain third-party links or tools, including Shopify services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party websites, content, or practices. Sales are made directly with LIVIA, not Shopify.

If you send us feedback, reviews, suggestions, or ideas, you allow us to use them to operate, improve, and promote our business without compensation to you, to the extent permitted by law. Do not send content that you do not have the right to share.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not make warranties about uninterrupted availability or that content will always be accurate, complete, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LIVIA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is not permitted by law.
