1. Processing and delivery
We prepare and hand orders to our courier within a few business days after purchase. Delivery timing depends on the destination and courier operations. Any delivery estimate is an estimate, not a guarantee.
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address and reachable contact number. If we need clarification about an order, we may contact you using the details provided at checkout.
2. Payment
Orders are fulfilled on a cash-on-delivery basis. You pay the confirmed total when your order is delivered.
